We endeavor to offer our clients professional and compassionate personal care and in-home management. We provide flexible scheduling to meet our client’s specific needs. Our qualified personnel are carefully vetted through criminal background checks, educational transcripts, carefully screened work history, work experience and contact references to ensure a high standard of compassionate care is available to all clients.

McKeba Goods Bullock
Chief Executive Officer

McKeba Bullock is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Compass Solutions North Carolina, a multifaced company offering professional service, training, and networking related to health care and home care. Her passion is to provide health care solutions to the elderly and disabled in the surrounding communities through championing advocacy, training, and case management for the elderly and disabled. Prior to breaking ground at Compass Solutions, she was partner with New Hope Agency, a IDD Group Home.

 

McKeba Bullock, a native resident of Roxboro, NC, has an extensive longstanding background with family care, foster care, and individual with IDD and physical disabilities. Maturing and coming of age while assisting her family in the first family care and foster care home in Person County fueled her passion to serve others and led her to avenues of administrative services with Human resource development and coordination of marketing at Person Memorial Hospital. There she also continued to expand her service to people while coordinating employee recognition and appreciation programs.

 

McKeba has been employed as an administrator and Human Resource Director at Enhancement Health Care IDD Services and Care Health. In 2017 she became an Independent Contractor for J-1 consultants as Alterative Family Living (AFL) provider. She is a graduated of the Institute of Integrated Nutrition as a certified Health Coach specializing in Holistic Health and Gut Microbiome and Herbal Medicine. She continues her work of service to all people as an associate minister at Zion Christian Center. Dana Whitt Faulkner
Director of Services

Dana Whitt Faulkner serves as the Director of Services specializing in case management and service coordination. She supports children and adults with disabilities by ensuring delivery of appropriate and individualized services. Since 1999, she has worked as a Developmental Disabilities Qualified Professional for Orange, Person, and Chatham Area Programs, Successful Solutions and J-1 Consultants. She monitors and coordinates in-home as well as community services and supports.

 

Dana delights in assisting individuals and families with their current needs. She finds joy in identifying opportunities and locating resources to assist in meeting the need. Having spent most of her childhood on a farm, Dana enjoys attending cattle performances and watching bull riding. In her spare time, Dana finds comfort in journaling, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Dana’s love for helping others is evident throughout her prior work experiences.

 

She is a former teacher and reading interventionist with Person County Schools and Orange, Person, and Chatham area programs. She is a member of the Person County Partnership for Children Board and a certified biblical counselor with HEALED, a nonprofit organization. She currently serves as the Director of Early Intervention and Family Services, an inclusive preschool program, with Person County Schools.

 

Dana holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina Central University. She also holds certification as a Biblical Counselor with the Bible Counseling Center of Illinois.

Bonnie Johnson
Family Service Intake Coordinator & Administrator/Finance

Bonnie Johnson, a native of West Virginia, is a certified accountant with eight years of experience as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, and personal assistant. She has worked in the non-profit sector many years and enjoys helping companies understand their financial responsibilities, and how their money works for them.

Bonnie is a graduate of Fairmont State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Social Work. Since that time, Bonnie has acquired a certificate in Accounting from Stanly Community College in Albemarle, NC, as well as a certification in Biblical Counseling from Bible Counseling Center of Illinois. 

In college, Bonnie volunteered at a Hope Shelter for abused women and children, where she was able to cultivate her knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in the area of social work. She is currently a Director of Student Ministries at Zion Christian Center in Roxboro, NC, where their focus is serving young people in the community.

Bonnie, has a strong conviction, that experience is oftentimes the best teacher, and believes that her experiences from childhood through adulthood, have prepared her for the work she loves today.

 

Bonnie is multifaceted, and crosses between administration, finances, and client-related services. Her experiences, albeit good or bad, have birth in her a passion for helping others and finding solutions to everyday problems. Her expertise in the area of finances complements her passions for seeing others succeed and grow.

Bonnie alongside her husband Darius, have three children and currently reside in Person County. As a family, they love to travel, meet new people, and are always looking for their next adventure.
